Terms of Service

These terms cover the Veylumi Android app and the website at veylumi.xyz. The website is informational. It has no account and no sign-in.

Veylumi is developed by Vladyslav Lehkyi, Ukraine. Contact: video.ai.owltech@gmail.com.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

The service

Veylumi generates AI video from a template and a photo, from a text prompt, or from a prompt plus a photo. You can use Veylumi 2.6, and with Premium also Veylumi 3.0 and Veylumi 3.0 Fast. Videos can be 5 or 10 seconds, in 9:16, 1:1, or 16:9, at Standard or HD quality. Finished videos appear in a Library. You can save or share them. You can use a guest profile or Google sign-in. Generations spend credits. Premium is a Google Play subscription.

Features, models, templates, and credit costs can change. A generation is performed by a third-party AI service. That service can be unavailable, slow, or can reject a request under its own rules.

Age

You must be at least 13 years old. If the law where you live requires a higher age, or permission from a parent or guardian, you may use Veylumi only when that requirement is met.

Accounts

You are responsible for the device and the Google account you use. Do not use someone else’s account without permission. Activity on a guest profile or a Google-linked profile is treated as yours.

Signing out ends the current session. It does not delete the account. Delete Account, for a Google-signed-in profile, removes the account, sessions, and generation records on the server, as described in the Privacy Policy. It does not cancel a Google Play subscription, and it does not delete files that are still on the server or copies already saved on the device or in your gallery. Guest profiles do not have a Delete Account button in the app.

AI results

AI output is unpredictable. Veylumi does not guarantee that a generation will succeed, match your prompt, resemble a photo, finish in a particular time, be unique, be free of artifacts, or be eligible for copyright. Review a video before you publish it or rely on it. Estimated wait times are not a promise.

Your content

You keep the rights you already have in the prompts and photos you submit. You give Veylumi permission to host, copy, transmit, and process that material only as needed to run the generation, store the result for your Library, provide support, and apply these terms. This permission does not transfer ownership of your original photo or prompt.

Veylumi does not use your photos, prompts, or generated videos to train its own AI models. The third-party AI service that runs a generation processes the material under its own terms.

You may upload another person’s photo only when you have the right to do so, including any consent the law requires. You are responsible for how you use the result.

Prohibited use

Do not use Veylumi to create, upload, or request:

• sexual content involving anyone under 18, or any sexual exploitation of a minor;
• non-consensual intimate or sexual imagery, including sexual deepfakes made without consent;
• fraud, impersonation meant to deceive, or content meant to seriously harass or threaten someone;
• content that breaks copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights;
• any other illegal content.

Do not try to bypass safety checks, obtain credits or Premium without paying, overload the service, or interfere with the servers. A prompt that contains the word “forbidden” is rejected before a generation starts. The AI service may also reject a request. There is no separate report button in the app. Safety concerns can be sent to video.ai.owltech@gmail.com.

Credits

Credits are an in-app balance. They are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. A new account starts with 25 credits. A daily reward can be claimed about once every 24 hours. The streak amounts are 8, 10, 12, 16, 20, 25, and 40 credits. After the seventh day, or if more than 48 hours pass between claims, the streak starts again.

The credit cost is shown before you generate. Credits are taken when a generation starts and returned if it fails or if you cancel it while it is queued or processing. A request rejected before it starts, including a prompt that contains “forbidden”, is not charged. Unused credits are not expired by the app. They remain until they are spent or the account row is deleted.

The app may show one-time credit packages and the price label for each package. Credits from a package are added only when the server accepts a verified store purchase. Granting credits without that verification is turned off. Subscription payments are separate and are handled by Google Play.

Premium

Premium is offered as a weekly plan and a yearly plan through Google Play. The price, billing period, and renewal price are shown in the app and by Google Play before you confirm. Unless you cancel, the plan renews. Manage or cancel it in Google Play subscription settings. Deleting the app, or deleting the Veylumi account, does not cancel the plan.

Premium unlocks the Veylumi 3.0 and Veylumi 3.0 Fast models, 10-second videos, HD quality, and the templates marked Premium. RevenueCat is used to check that entitlement. The app may also show a discounted offer. The price and conditions of that offer are the ones displayed before you confirm it.

Refunds

Payments made through Google Play are refunded according to Google Play’s rules and the consumer rights that apply in your country and cannot be waived. These terms do not remove those rights. Veylumi does not receive your full card number.

Availability

The app and the website can be interrupted by maintenance, outages, demand, or a failure of a third-party service. Veylumi is provided as available. Nothing in these terms removes a warranty or a remedy that the law does not allow us to remove.

Intellectual property

The Veylumi name, app, interface, and the templates Veylumi provides belong to Vladyslav Lehkyi or are used under license. These terms do not transfer that property to you. Another user can receive a result that looks similar to yours. You are responsible for checking whether your use of a result is allowed.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Vladyslav Lehkyi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, a failed generation, a third-party outage, or content you upload. This does not limit liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited, including non-waivable consumer rights.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. This does not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply because of the country where you live.

Changes

These terms can be updated. The date at the top is the date of the version on this page.
